You can help this church be there for you
In Bengeo we want the local church to be at the heart of our community and rely on donations for 80% of our income.
You can join us in this work by giving to our Bengeo Churches. This will help us build a strong community in Bengeo and ensure that our two beautiful churches are there for you and your families as you celebrate weddings, baptisms and come together to seek comfort at funerals.
We have been listening hard to what local people tell us they need and we are ready to serve you. Recently, we have set up initiatives such as the Bengeo Bereavement Café to support local people affected by grief and loss.

Regular Donations
Much of our income comes from regular donations by members of our community and our congregation through setting up a monthly, quarterly or annual Standing Order. If you would like to do this please download the Planned Giving Form and send it to the address on the form for forwarding to your bank or Building Society. If you are a UK tax payer, you can also Gift Aid the amount you donate at no cost to you.

Cheque
You can donate by cheque made payable to ‘The PCC of Bengeo Parish’ and send it to ‘PCC Treasurer, c/o The Rectory, Byde Street, Bengeo, Hertford SG14 3BS’.
You can also Gift Aid your contribution if you are a UK tax payer.

Gift Aid Form
If you are a UK taxpayer the church can claim an additional 25% of your donation from the Government at no cost to you. Please fill in the Gift Aid form to allow us to recoup this amount. This applies to any donation you make.
